The saga of Curious George

#2

For those unfamiliar with Curious George, he is a monkey consistently finding trouble for doing, what he believes to be, the right thing. That said, I often find myself empathetic in similar primal circumstances. Having been told I’m unconventional, my thoughts strange, my opinions unusual, all of which I concur; It is indeed a monkey’s dilemma.

Now for most folks that would prove to be unsettling. As for me, I tend to revel in such comments. I'm firmly entrenched practicing common sense, logic and reason. They are undoubtebly the most neglected tools of this epoch as it pertains to integrity and credulity.

To describe life as dreary would not be inaccurate; the caveat being life has not been uneventful. Of course that sounds like a contradiction, but if I may…enter the Emotional Nervous System. It seems fear is the most powerful of motivators as well as the basis of survival memory.

"Normally, when a person is in a serene, unstimulated state, the "firing" of neurons in the locus ceruleus is minimal. A novel stimulus (which could include a perception of danger or an environmental stressor such as elevated sound levels or over-illumination), once perceived, is relayed from the sensory cortex of the brain through the hypothalamus to the brain stem."

Simply stated, when your world takes a detour through hell, it is best not to wait for the guided tour. Doing the right thing and doing the easy thing are seldom one in the same. The one point of which I am certain is life is a montage of memories, somehow frozen in time.

When we enter the realm of speechless despair and guttural pain, it may well be a neon sign welcoming you to hell. Essentially, it matters not whether one believes in God, fate, time or karma…the primary issue being a crisis in confidence, an emotional episode or a Central Nervous System failure.

All you need to be aware of is discovering you're in the fetal position, at which point it's safe to assume the realization of survival mode...Trust in Love, Vision, Instinct and Integrity to pull yourself to freedom and safety. The LVII theory, commonly referred to as the Heinz 57 Variety Guide to Survival, is you're savior.
